We held our #getonmyland campaign launch at the Exeter Phoenix. Over 70 people came and joined in a very productive evening. We enjoyed talking to you all.
A huge thanks to the Exeter Phoenix for giving us their wonderful theatre space for free.
#getonmyland Campaign Launch – in detail
The full report will be posted here soon along with video clips!
organicarts and Love Local Food have been working with DCH on a series of farm visits out at West Town Farm. We have been looking at health and seasonal food with the residents of DCH housing communities! Our visitors all made a clay leaf inscribed words that represented the impact of farm visits.
These leaves have been hung on a woven willow tree made from West Town farm willow and created by organicARTS’ artist Deggie Belton. The tree is now on tour! First stop the DCH offices and then off to the Newcourt Community Centre!
Look carefully and you can see the West Town pigs taking the message of the West Town Community Trust with them.
